The panini press, I know it's not a meal, but I have only good memories of making things with the panini press! And the curly fries from the grill, those are a must once in a while.
Go hiking Mount Pinnacle a short 45min drive away and a view worth the detour!
I've definitely grown much more confident, I have gotten involved in so many things outside of my comfort zone and that has made me grow tremendously.
